발표요약(Abstract)

I will present the Characteristics of general surface treatment.And I explain the principle and functionality of wet surface treatment. Futher, I introduce the recent surface treatment technologies and market trend.

Blackening treatments(Electroless plating) provide an improvement in optical function, thermal radiation and low outgassing rate. Electroless Ni-W-P platings provide hardness at high temperature, dry corrosion resistance and mold-releasing. Surface treatment using Fluoro-resin(dipping treatments and spry coatings) provide low friction, antifouling and non-adhesive.

I will also introduce evaluating data of evaluating data for characteristics of each surface treatment. In addition,I introduce examples of product improvement by functional surface treatment and development examples for the future.
