Maximizing competitiveness in shoe industry is in desperate need of manufacturing process innovation. However existing manufacturing process has the limits to the sustainability of shoe manufacturers. In order to maximize the competitiveness in shoe market, R&D for a new bonding system, to effectively and remarkably reduce shoe manufacturing preparation and assembly process, should be a prior objective for the investment.
