In this paper, an inorganic composite was synthesized by hydrolysis and

polycondensation with Teos, EtOH, HNO3, and H2O, and an inorganic composite with

surface hydrophilic surface was treated with orgarnic silane to prepare an organic -

inorganic composite. This was synthesized with epoxy or urethane resin to prepare an

Organic - inorganic hybrid epoxy or urethane coating solution.

Thereafter, a coating film was formed on the cold rolled steel sheet after the bar

coating. The effect of the amount of organic - inorganic composites on the physical

properties of the coating film was studied in the preparation of the organic - inorganic

composite organosilane and the organic - inorganic hybrid epoxy or urethane.
